Photographs for this series were taken from March till December 2020 in the different spots of the Leningrad region (Russia), my home area. Initially, I hadn’t intended to collect a whole series, and I just planned my photo trips the way to catch the most beautiful light to my mind – it’s light of the setting sun about 10-40 minutes before the sunset. At the end of the year, I realized that I got a whole bunch of images with my favourite type of light. Far not all of them looked like the parts of a solid series; therefore, I had to make a strict selection which took a couple of days. At the end of the day, I’m pretty happy with the result. In my opinion, I managed to transmit the feeling of delicate and fleeting touching of sunlight that perfectly emphasizes the fragility and delightful beauty of nature.
